Makes: 2 C (500 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Pico Salsa Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 C (250 ml) crushed pineapple, drained, or finely diced peaches or mangoes

Preparation


 
  • Add Salsa Mix to diced tomatoes.
  • Stir in fruit.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
